Pilates Group Rehabilitation Class (55 minutes)

Our Rehabilitation class focuses on basics of Pilates, helping you activate specific muscles gently to build strength and improve your posture and overall functional well-being. It's the perfect choice if you're looking for a gentle yet effective approach to rehabilitation and overall wellness. Our experienced physiotherapist will be performing a full examination to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for on-going management.

Do note that the studio does not provide any towels or disposable cups for water. Please bring your own water bottle or mug to enjoy our water or coffee.

Grip socks are mandatory for hygiene purposes and are also available for sale, at $12 for female socks and $14 each for male socks respectively.
