Pilates Group Fitness Class (55 minutes)
Learn how to set up the Pilates Reformer and work out safely. Pilates is a challenging low impact exercise method that balances strength with mobility, aligns the body, fine-tunes movement patterns, and strengthens the deeper muscles of the core to optimise posture.
Do note that the studio does not provide any towels or disposable cups for water. Please bring your own water bottle or mug to enjoy our water or coffee.
Grip socks are mandatory for hygiene purposes and are also available for sale, at $12 for female socks and $14 each for male socks respectively.
