Pilates Rehabilitation Group Class (55 minutes)
Learn how to set up the Pilates reformer and operate safety for yourself during an introduction to Pilates fitness class. Pilates is a challenging low impact exercise method that balances strength with mobility, aligns the body, fine-tunes movement patterns, and strengthens the deeper muscles of the core to optimise posture.
The studio does not provide any towels, paper receipts nor disposable cups for water. Bring your own water bottle or mug to enjoy our water and coffee for FREE. :) Kindly note that grip socks are mandatory for the reformer class for hygiene purposes and are also available for sale for $12 each for female socks and $14 each for male socks.
